ENTERING STOP DATES AND POSTPONING SERVICE:
We
take pride in providing you with the highest quality of food possible.
As you know, your meals are prepared fresh every single day. Therefore,
when you put your program on hold (insert “stop dates”),
we require two days notice, before the hour
of 3:00 PM to ensure your needs are met.
You may suspend your program at any time, however if you do not call
or email us before 3:00 PM of the two days notice, your food program
will be submitted without adjustments and prepared as usual and unfortunately
we will not be able to provide a credit.
- BILLING:
In order to provide our clients with the
largest variety and freshest food possible, we must order from our
purveyors 1 week in advance. Therefore, re-billing takes place five
(5) days prior to each new cycle. A Nutropia team member will be
in contact with you via phone and/or email prior to the conclusion of your
first cycle so
to confirm your desire to continue on the Nutropia Program. Following
your first cycle, should you wish to discontinue the Nutropia Program, it
is your responsibility to inform us prior to
the five (5) day re-billing period. Failure to inform us in a timely
fashion of your desire to discontinue service for any reason will
result in your program being subject to our cancellation policy.
- PROGRAM CANCELLATION POLICY:
As stated above, we
place orders from our purveyors 1 week in advance. Therefore all canceled
programs will be subject to a Five (5) day cancellation fee prorated
back to the rate of the last full cycle actually completed. Additionally,
all processing fees incurred as a result of issuing a refund are your
financial responsibility. Refunds are issued within thirty (30) business
days. *Due to the substantial discount applied to all programs above
30 days, these programs are non-refundable.
- NUTROPIA TOTE BAGS:
Cooler totes and icepacks are
the property of Nutropia and must be returned DAILY in
similar condition as they were delivered. Do not return the bags with
anything but our icepacks left in them. Please leave the bag(s) out each
night because your delivery people have limited space in their
cars. If a few pile up, kindly leave them out ASAP. For any unreturned
property, a re-stocking fee of $25/bag and $10/set of icepacks will
apply if you discontinue the service. If a bag pick up is scheduled
and confirmed at the conclusion of your program, and bags are not left
out, a $25 fee will be applied to your account.
